Wendell & Wild is a feature length stop motion film directed by Henry Selick featuring Jordan Peele and Kegan-Micheal Key. I worked in the model shop doing digital modeling, 3D printing, molding and casting, vac-forming, metal work including brazing, wood working, scratch building, sculpting, and more.

I was the digital modeler for the model shop and worked in Maya modeling in a way that looked organic, a little “wonky”. I worked efficiently so that I could model a prop, print it, and have it ready the next day.

I upgraded the model shop’s print set up and streamlined the printing process. During the film I printed and prepped the majority of the 3D printed props for the art department.
